Chicago Parking Meter Transfer

As has been reported in the news, the City Council is hearing an ordinance to authorize the transfer of ownership shares for the Chicago Parking Meters, LLC entity. The new deal features an authorization ordinance and all economic disclosure statements associated with the entities involved in the deal. Pages 199 and 200 of the economic disclosure statement document feature the organizations that will comprise the new deal.
